Come along as little Wynn shares her favorite parts of a wedding party, and meet the special helpers who help make weddings possible — wedding officiants!
Join us for a fun reading and book launch party to celebrate the release of Wynn the Wedding Officiant: a heartwarming story about a kid who loves love and dreams of one day being the person who leads a wedding. Learn about the parts of a wedding, and things you might see at your next family wedding party!
This one-hour outdoor event* will include an interactive reading by author/ illustrator Jessica Levey, a make-believe wedding with fun ‘wedding favors’ for kids**, and a book signing session so you can get your own signed copy.
Explore the magic of weddings with Wynn and celebrate all kinds of love, and all kinds of family!
* See you rain or shine! We’ll move indoors if it rains. Face masks are welcome but not required.
**’Wedding’ party favors are optional, we’ll keep them on a table for parents to approve. Party favors will include mini-bubble wands, stickers, Ring Pop candies, and more.

JESSICA LEVEY is the writer and cartoonist behind numerous comics, books, and zines, including ‘A Sudden Misunderstanding Survival Guide’, ‘Do Nice Things’, ‘Now That You've Had a Hysterectomy, What Will You Do With All That Extra Space?’, and The Quiet Realm. She illustrated the acclaimed children’s book Bella Likes to Try, written by Mary Lou Sanelli, and creates hand-drawn stop-motion music videos for indie bands.
